Designed to expand eco-tourism and ayurvedic wellness travel during the inter-monsoonal period, the initiative standardizes renewable solar energy integration, single-use plastic elimination, and direct supply contracts with local organic vegetable and spice growers in Kalutara. Association leaders stated that the initiative elevates the international reputation of the Golden Coast, drawing conscientious travelers and stabilizing local employment year-round.
