1. Master Liability Shield
MyCountry.News strictly operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) infrastructure provider. We supply the platform, hosting, and AI tools for localized news distribution.
The respective local Franchise Agency is strictly and entirely legally responsible and liable for all published content, news articles, imagery, statements, and advertisements within their designated regional feed.
The Platform Owner (Super Admin) assumes absolutely zero legal liability for any defamatory, false, or illegal content published by independent franchise agencies. Any legal inquiries or take-down notices must be directed to the specific franchise agency responsible for the publication.
2. Agency Franchise Rules
By utilizing the MyCountry.News platform, Franchise Agencies agree to adhere to strict publisheric integrity. The Platform Owner reserves the right to issue strikes for fake news, hate speech, or severe policy violations.
The 3-Strike System
If an Agency receives 3 strikes, the Platform Owner reserves the absolute right to revoke dashboard access and terminate the franchise agreement immediately, without refund of any Franchise Fees or generated Ad Revenue.
3. User Reporting
Users are encouraged to utilize the "Report Article" function to flag suspected fake news directly to the Platform Administrator. These reports bypass the local agency to ensure impartial review.
Our moderation team reviews all flagged content. While we provide the platform for reporting, the final resolution and potential removal of content is executed in accordance with our overarching Terms of Service and legal compliance requirements.
