Public Health Inspectors (PHIs) accompanied by security personnel are conducting door-to-door inspections focusing on school compounds, construction yards, and tire storage facilities in high-density urban wards. Health authorities emphasized that legal notices will be issued against recurring mosquito-breeding sites, urging residents to eliminate stagnant water collectors during the active rainy spell.
