The project addresses historical drainage bottlenecks in the urban center through deep canal clearing, widening municipal culverts, and constructing dedicated rainwater diversion bypasses. Engineers confirm that primary focus areas include low-lying commercial streets surrounding the main transport hub. District administrators confirmed that emergency flood monitoring sensors will also be positioned along key tributaries to provide real-time water level data to municipal responders.
